10. Terms of Service for Moongate Project
Effective Date: February 17, 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Moongate platform and its associated services (the “Services”). By using the Moongate platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Moongate. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

Engage in fraudulent activities.
Deploy malicious smart contracts or AI agents.
Violate intellectual property rights or the privacy of others.
Engage in any activities that could harm the platform’s reputation, security, or integrity.
4. Fees
Moongate may charge fees for certain features or services. Any applicable fees will be clearly stated on the platform, and you agree to pay all fees associated with the Services you use.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Moongate Content: Moongate owns all intellectual property rights to the platform, its content, and its software. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal or business purposes as described in these Terms.
User Content: You retain ownership of any content you create, such as tokens or bot configurations. However, by using Moongate, you grant Moongate a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing the Services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Moongate is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or Services, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moongate and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
8. Termination
Moongate reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal or harmful activities.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Moongate is registered. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, and you agree to waive any right to a jury trial.
